Admission Day Celebration 2015

Grand Parlor of The Native Sons of the Golden West — Statehood Day Committee, invites all to join us in honoring the admission of California into the Union during Sacramento Gold Rush Days.
We have a select number of rooms reserved at the best location in Old Sacramento. Our discounted rate is $149.00 per night, (Single or Double Occupancy!) for Friday, and Saturday. Includes Full breakfast and Evening cocktails. Parking is only $15.00 per 24 hour period. Room Reservation by August 14th, 2015.

Schedule
Friday:
- Check in at 3:00 pm, Hosted Bar from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, After Hours Hosted Cocktail Party
- Free limited supply of tickets to Laughs Unlimited Comedy show.
Friday Night:
- One board room available for Meetings starting at 5:00 till 9:00 pm.
Saturday:
- 8:30 am Grand Trustee Meeting, 10:00 am Grand Officers Meeting till 12:00 noon.
- 10:00 am till 5:00 pm NSGW booth is being set up to hand out promotional materials for all members to promote NSGW. (Contact Marcia Skelton – [email protected])
- After 2:00 pm there are 2 Board rooms available seating up to 12 for additional meetings.
Saturday Night:
- 5:30 to 7:30 pm Hosted cocktails.
- 6:30 to 9:00 pm Saturday Banquet: Special Guest Speaker is Mr. Shannon Poe President, AMRA on California History and Land and Mineral Rights. Western wear or business casual attire recommended.
- 9:00 pm Hospitality Rooms open on 2nd floor.
- Free limited supply of tickets to Laughs Unlimited Comedy show.
Sunday:
- 10:00 am till 5:00 pm NSGW booth is being set up to hand out promotional materials for all members to promote NSGW. (Contact Marcia Skelton – [email protected])
- 1:00 pm: VIP Tickets behind home plate for River Cats Baseball Game only $28.00 per person.

Sunday Night:
- 5:30 to 7:30 pm Hosted Cocktails in Room 213/214 with possible dinner out in Old Sacramento!
