Community Involvement

Sonoma 111 members sponsor and participate in local events 4th of July parade, Vintage Festival, Flag Day Chicken BBQ, Native Sons in their black vest are seen at every event

Historical Preservation

Native Sons have safeguarded many of the landmarks of California’s pioneer days, purchasing, rehabilitating and donating them to the State or local governments.

Educational Scholarships

Dedicated to helping the young people of the Sonoma Valley achieve their goals. Sonoma parlor of the Native Sons provides for a number of annual scholarships

Charitable Foundation

Today, the Native Sons annually contributes approximately $200,000 to hospitals that treat children with cleft palates and other forms of cranio-facial anomaly..

Founded in 1875 the Native Sons of the Golden West was established as a fraternal organization of native born Californians dedicated to both the progress of California and preservation of its history. This legacy continues.
